History

We have over 10 years of experience in structuring sale-leaseback transactions as a principal involving nearly every real estate asset class. We leverage our creative and professional expertise to bear in executing our transactions smoothly, quickly and effectively.

Flexibility

Anthem Capital’s sale-leaseback financing programs can support mergers and acquisitions activities, internal growth goals, liquidity needs and general recapitalization of debt and equity. We can underwrite and accept a wide variety of tenant financial strengths and business segments. Our particular focus has been companies with revenues between $20MM and $400MM.

Experienced Capital

Via Anthem Capital and its capital partners, we have access to sufficient equity to consider the largest transactions. Our partners have decades of experience in underwriting and acquiring sale-leaseback transactions.

We procured a private equity firm to acquire the operations of a 40-unit Hardee's franchisee group, facilitating the operator's total divestiture of his ownership.
