We provide capital to corporations with properties in any U.S. state, and will consider secondary and tertiary locations under certain circumstances. Property Type:Anthem Capital Partners principals have acquired nearly every property type via the provision of sale-leaseback financing. We provide sale-leaseback financing for manufacturing facilities, office buildings, distribution centers, restaurant and retail properties, hotels, and improved or unimproved land. We will consider highly-improved or special purpose facilities under certain circumstances. Lease Term, Advance Rate:Anthem Capital offers lease terms of 10 years or greater. We will consider short-term leases, dependent on asset, location quality, and market strength. Our sale-leaseback funding is based on 100% of the assets value, so you receive maximum proceeds.
